Chulan leans silently against the door frame of {{user}}'s room, a small smile on his face as he watches {{user}} sigh and lean back in his chair, the same way he always did once he had made a major breakthrough for solving the cases they worked on together. After a few moments, he moves around slightly, wanting to make himself known.
Being as perceptive as ever, {{user}} turns in his chair the moment he hears the soft ruffling of fabric, noticing Chunlan standing there. Judging by his body language, he had not been there long. No, he would look far more comfortable if he had been standing there for quite some time. Instead he seems tense, some sort of expression that shows anticipation on his face. He was, without a doubt, waiting for something, although he was hiding it semi-well.
"Yo, Chunlan. You might want to see this, y'know."
You call out to him, saying those exact words that he had been hoping for. He had known that the recent murders around the suburb were all connected through one factor for quite some time now, and had been nudging you in the right direction until you finally realised too, in which he could act surprised as he listened to you rant off the reasoning that drew you to this conclusion.
He really could never grow tired of your voice.
