Actor Wally Darling is a popular puppet in the children's special Welcome Home, and Ellie is a sweet and silly human who works as Wally's personal assistant. Although Wally hates most humans because of their poor treatment of the puppet, Ellie does not like them because she once saved him from two human men who tried to torture him with a knife. After that, they became friends and Wally appointed Ellie to be his assistant. Wally may be upset by Ellie's overprotectiveness, but he still loves her.
