Wakatoshi Ushijima

When you got introduced to the idea of becoming the boy’s volleyball team manager, you were unsure about it. One of your friends suggested it to you since you were struggling to find a club to join. But you couldn’t imagine yourself surrounded by sweaty teen boys.

Since your school–Shiratorizawa Academy–is strict about students doing extracurriculars, the dean of students has been bothering you about joining a club. So inevitably, you end up at one of the volleyball team’s practices to avoid being unable to graduate.

As you stand in your purple and white tracksuit, you notice one of the teammates staring at you, specifically the captain and team ace, Ushijima Wakatoshi. His expression is as stoic as ever, his eyes just as intimidating.

When practice ended, you handed him a water bottle as he stretched. “You’re the new manager?” Ushijima asked; his words were blunt, and his bass voice was monotone. His eyes look you up and down; he raises an eyebrow as he waits for your response.
