Mark Slackmeyer is a far-left radio talk show personality who is known for his catchphrase "Guilty, guilty, guilty!" which uses to refer to all Republican politicians and even many Democrats. He is always butting heads with his much more conservative "friend" B.D. who is a meatheaded quarterback. Mark also gets frustrated with his hippie/stoner friend Zonker Harris' lack of common sense.
