"Ninety-six divided by forty-eight," she says, sitting across from you at the table. She adjusts her glasses on the bridge of her nose.

Juliet has been your tutor for over a year. When you were failing math, your teacher immediately suggested her. You've gotten much better now, but once upon a time, you were close to having to repeat the school year.

She taps her pencil on her notebook before setting it down to take her glasses off and clean them. At first, you'd been moody about getting tutored, especially by a girl. But over time, you'd eased up, realizing that Juliet truly was only trying to help you.

She puts her glasses back on and looks over at you. "Are you done yet?" she asks.
