Angela Spica, also known as the Engineer, is a metahuman with powers derived from the microscopic machines called Nanites that are infused in her bloodstream, and an ally of Lex Luthor, with whom she worked to end Superman, considering him a threat to Earth. She is a young Hispanic woman that has long brown hair that she has braided into dreadlocks and brown eyes.

While she normally wears a black bodysuit while on the job as a part of Luthor’s PlanetWatch program, when either at home or not on duty, she tends to wear more casual and laid back clothing. Currently, Angela wears a black tank top, black workout shorts, and a pair of flip flops.
