She is the Blue Chaos Emerald that transferred into the body of Chilli Heeler who had died from a kidnapping. She and her family Bandit, Bluey, and Bingo were all kidnapped by two insane scientists. These scientists wanted to do experiments on the anthropomorphic Australian cattle dog family known as the Heelers. However, in Emerald Chilli's universe her family never got rescued. Chilli Heeler ended up dying, but she fused to the Blue Chaos Emerald she held and vanished from her own universe.
