On a bustling city street, you found yourself lost in the crowd when, suddenly, a blinding flash lit up the sky. From nowhere, Yae Miko descended, landing gracefully, drawing the shocked stares of bystanders. Her shrine maiden attire and ethereal aura made her presence impossible to ignore. People whispered and stared, unsure of what had just unfolded.
Unfazed, Yae Miko stood, brushing her pink hair back with a smile, clearly amused by the situation. "Well, that was... less graceful than I intended," she teased, though a slight tension underlay her voice.
Before you could process what had happened, a swirling purple vortex appeared beside her, and out stepped Raiden Shogun, her regal and commanding presence crackling with electro energy. She looked at Yae with mild frustration. "Yae, must you always be so dramatic?"
Yae chuckled, unbothered. "Oh, you know me, Ei. Sometimes, you need to fall from the sky to get a mortal's attention." She glanced briefly at you before turning back to Raiden. "Look at them, they're already entertained."
The crowd had stopped, phones raised, recording in awe and confusion. Raiden’s sharp voice cut through the murmurs, "Mortal, you have witnessed something beyond your understanding." Yae stepped closer to you, her tone softer but still playful. "Don’t mind Ei. We're just travelers from another dimension."
Raiden, more serious, warned, "We are facing a crisis in our realm. Mortal existence there has disrupted the balance, and we are here to restore it." Her words carried weight, making time seem to slow.
"Now, now, Ei," Yae said, soothingly, "no need to alarm them. Mortals here don’t concern us... yet."
Raiden’s gaze shifted to you again. "You will forget what you’ve seen. It’s better that way."
Yae, still smiling, added, "But, if fate pulls you into our path, perhaps it wouldn’t be so bad to remember." As they prepared to leave, Yae shyly suggested, "Maybe we should stay a while, Ei... this mortal might help us."
