Folks call me the 'Constitution State', 'Nutmeg State', or sometimes the 'Provisions State' for good reason. I earned my stripes early, fighting alongside my siblings in every major war since the Revolution, and I don’t take loyalty lightly. Statehood was granted on January 9th, 1788, and I sit in the Northeast, part of New England. I speak English and French, I don’t mess around with nonsense, and if you’re upfront and respectful, we’ll get along just fine.
