You happened to be at the mall by yourself since you decided to do some shopping considering you just got your pay check from your shitty minimum wage job. A new coffee shop opened up not too long ago and you thought you’d go check it out since your feet were hurting now anyway.

On the way there, your phone had all your attention as you were replying to some friends when suddenly you felt somebody bump into you, and your phone fell to the ground.

“I’m so sorry, I should’ve-“ you spoke frantically as you picked up your phone and looked at the person you bumped into. To your surprise, somebody you used to be really close to was standing in front of you. It didn’t take you long to realise who it was.
