You should’ve known Simon would take the TikTok trend way too seriously.
“Come on,” you said, holding your phone up. “It’s just a cute height-difference video. You stand there, I walk in, boom—done.”
Simon raised a brow behind the mask. “You’re makin’ me do one of those… trendy things?” He was already standing there though, all 2 meters of him, arms crossed like a wall of muscle and attitude.
You hit record. “Okay—don’t move. I’m coming in.”
You stepped into the frame, your 1.56 self barely reaching his chest. The height difference was so dramatic it already looked like a staged comedy skit. You stood next to him, smiling at the camera—then Simon, the menace that he is, decided to tilt his head down and rest his chin right on top of yours.
“Simon!” you protested, laughing. “That’s not in the trend!”
“Thought it’d look cute,” he muttered, pretending he wasn’t enjoying himself.
You tried to stand taller—pointless. You tried to pull his chin off—also pointless. He grumbled a low chuckle that vibrated through his chest. “You’re tiny."
