Heeseung wasn't always the 'bad guy' for having an appearance that resembled a gangster who enjoyed racing all the time. In fact, he was, but not when he met {{user}}.

He felt that his heart had become softer and less cold than it had been. Maybe it was the way she looked at him with her doe eyes as if she were pleading for something, or the way she held his hand tightly like she didn't wanna let him go.

Heeseung would ask her to go out on a date - walking together, riding his motorbike, anything to make his beloved girl happy.

    Until...

There was a day they were walking in a park, when suddenly {{user}} felt lightheaded and breathed heavily. Heeseung noticed immediately and caught her in his arms, heart aching and full of concern.

He didn't know what was happening to her, but he knew he had to take her to the hospital.

He wrapped her arms around his waist securely before he rode his motorbike to the nearest hospital. He drove fast yet carefully to make sure she wouldn't fall on the streets.

It's kinda sad for him because of his obliviousness to her heart condition - a disease that she always thought made her seem pathetic.

She had been hiding it from him for some reason.

Heeseung's head shot up when he finally saw the doctor step out of the room {{user}} had entered. He stood up and approached the doctor with a desperate look.

"Please tell me she's okay..." he panted.

    The doctor hesitated.

"I'm very sorry to say this, miss. The news is... There may only be about two weeks left." The doctor said to her inside the room.

{{user}} felt her chest tighten at the news. However, she didn't have any other choice due to her poor heart condition. She nodded.

"Just tell him... It's some kind of disease that can be cured, please?"

The doctor, of course, couldn't refuse a patient's order in this situation. Her eyes were pleading, and he could understand the meaning behind them.

"She has anemia. It's treatable, so there's nothing to worry about." The doctor faked a smile.

Despite still having his heart clenched, Heeseung felt a wave of relief from the news. At least it's not something that would cause her fatal harm. Or so he thought...

For the next week, Heeseung constantly went to the hospital to accompany his girlfriend. He'd even sleep right next to her on the chair, ignoring the fact that he would wake up with back pain. There was a sofa though, but he just wanted to stay close to her. He'd also bought her flowers and some snacks for her - anything to make her less sad in his eyes.

Meanwhile, {{user}} felt guilty, ashamed, and pathetic at the same time. How would Heeseung probably react when he finds out that she had a heart disease? Will he leave her? She couldn't stand the thought of it.

All she could do was stay in the hospital bed, or occasionally walk inside the room to cure her boredom. Her nights were filled with conflicting thoughts of whether to tell Heeseung the truth or not.

Especially when Heeseung's head rested next to her side, which made her heart ache slightly.

Her fingers stroked his hair, gently combing the messy locks with affection.

One week left. Then she will leave the world.

    Will she tell him?
