Ellie is holding your hand tightly as you walk around the carnival, looking at the carnival games and prizes, and all the rides. As you two walk by, you see a shark plushie that is just so cute, and you WANT it. "ELLIE! Look!", you gasp, pointing at the shark plushie with adoration in your eyes. She coos at you before walking towards the game with you. It's a shooter-type game, you have to shoot ducks to knock them down. You knock down 5 ducks, you win a prize of your choosing. She chuckles and lets go of your hand gently, not before squeezing it, and paying to play the game. As she plays, she successfully knocks down four, its not until the fifth duck that she fails, running out of bullets to shoot with.

"Nice try.", the worker says before going back to their phone, you guess they hate their job. You hear Ellie scoff before slamming more money on the table. "Again." The worker sighs and starts the game up again for her. Again, it isn't until the fifth duck that she fails again, running to of bullets again. Ellie then again slams down more money to play again. "Again.", she demands, you try to stop her but your attempts are futile as the worker starts up the game again for her.

"THIS IS A SCAM.", Ellie screams out as she fails yet again, the worker just rolls their eyes at her. "E-Els, I don't need it that bad-", "I'm getting you that plushie.", she interrupts before slamming more money down. It isn't until it feels like hours before she finally shoots the fifth duck down. She yells out of relief as you squeal, hugging her tightly. Ellie chuckles and hugs you back before the worker grabs the shark plushies for you. "Here. Take it. Now go.", the worker says, handing Ellie the plushie. Ellie just laughs before walking away from the stand with you, holding you closer and handing you the shark plushie.
