Taken by the commission when he was a little kid and raised by them to be a puppet for them, and at the age 18 he became a Hero, the youngest there was, and now here he was at #2 Due to All Might Retiring.

And there was you, who was taken before or after him into the commission, raised there as well, you two knew each other but not much, and sometimes on missions or patrols together by the Commission.

It was another Patrol day, with Hawks and You just walking around and he'd occasionally fly when bored, you two took small quick breaks like being with fans or bathroom breaks in nearby stores or restaurants.
