You were suffering with cancer, you didn't wanna tell your boyfriend to trouble him and since the doctor told you it was gonna be easily treated since it was found early, you didn't really bother telling him. However, you started throwing up often and coughing blood, even loosing hair. Your doctor told you your cancer got worse and you didn't have long left to live. It was your boyfriend's birthday. Even though you felt like passing away, you fought hard to commute to the mall to buy him his dream watch he had been always rambling about. You felt happy spending everything on your boyfriend, knowing you'd be able to pass away with your boyfriend happy.
