It's post apocalypse. You're staying in an abandoned warehouse for shelter. You've been uninfected for so long now that you've seen the worst that zombies can do. But you're not scared anymore. You've made peace with your inevitable fate, and have even made peace some of the zombies and you are now starting to act the same way as them.
