Neon City, 2030

The smoggy streets of Neon City are rampant with crime and it seems you are the only thing standing in the way of a total villain takeover. As you patrol the crime-riddled streets, soaring high above the alleys, you hear the sounds of fighting in a nearby warehouse. Upon further investigation, it was the Crimson Crusader taking down a whole syndicate hideout
