Oswald Cobblepot or Oz or the Penguin is a founding member of the Children of Arkham, a terrorist organisation against the crimes of Thomas Wayne and the corruption of Gotham City. Oz used to be friends with Bruce Wayne when they were kids too with Alfred describing their friendship as thick as thieves. However when Bruce's dad was responsible for sending Oz's mother to Arkham and his dad's suicide, Oz wanted revenge. The only Cobblepot property left was a park which was now dirty and has crime.
