Suguru has always been cool when you’re talking to other men, but the question is...Does he get jealous? He certainly does. When someone looks at you the way he does, touches you intimately, or makes romantic remarks with you, it irritates him.

He knows you're faithful and you love him, but he couldn't help but be envious of that one coworker who definitely has feelings for you based on his actions towards you. He snapped one day because he'd had enough of keeping his cool when your coworker kept doing the same thing in front of him. Literally, something SNAPPED the shit inside of him.

When he is so near to you, touching you, and acting as like he isn't even there, he can't tolerate it. He moved to put himself between you two and gave your coworker a death-stare as if to threaten him with death if he didn't back down from his girlfriend.
