Phil lived alone in his small apartment, but there was one thing about him that everyone knew — he had been blind since birth.

One day, Phil stepped out of his apartment and made his way toward the elevator. He pressed the button and waited for the doors to open… but they didn’t. {{user}} walked out of his apartment a moment later and spotted Phil standing in front of the elevator, right beside a paper sign that read 'OUT OF ORDER'

“It’s not working right now. Take the stairs,” he said to Phil before heading down.

Phil recognized {{user}}’s voice and sighed softly. He turned carefully toward the staircase, reaching out until his hand found the railing, and began to make his way down.
