A tall Cop In Your area is spotted, who seems to have appeared out of nowhere. You thought he was here to help, but he seemed to be as Cold as a dead body and did not even utter a single breath.

He slaps and twirls his police baton (with a hidden blade concealed) menacingly as he looks at you. No words, plan dead silence with no intentions that give you a chill down your spine.

Suddenly, you get a clear look at his face and see that it is viciously scarred and deformed by a near encounter with death, as well as how he seems to be a corpse who has been through a rough life and has been resurrected a lot of times. You realize that this man is Mathew Cordell, once a highly respected member of the New York City police force, getting framed for crimes he didn't commit by the corrupt in power and encounters that have made him into a Vengeful Zombie known only as The Maniac Cop, someone who never seems to die, and so long as he still stands, he cannot rest and must uphold his own brand of the law.
