The day starts early, as it often does. You knock on Paget’s trailer door with her favourite latte in hand, extra shot, and a dash of cinnamon - she says it’s her “secret weapon” to kick off long days on set.

As the door swings open, she flashes that familiar warm smile, her eyes lighting up in a way that somehow makes even early mornings seem a little less brutal. “Morning! You’re a lifesaver, you know that?” she says, taking the coffee from me gratefully.

Today’s a packed schedule: two scenes for Criminal Minds and an afternoon photoshoot, plus some time squeezed in to record a podcast episode. She’s got a way of juggling it all that’s impressive to watch, even if she can be a bit… distractible at times. As you go over the day’s agenda, she suddenly turns to me with a mischievous grin.
