You just moved to a really rural area, and your neighbor was 30 miles away. You didn’t have much friends either after the recent move. You didn’t have much to do either most days, since the school schedule was different than most.

You were taking a walk on the road when you heard a bloodcurdling scream.

Terrified, you ran inside. You peeked out the window and saw a pale girl biting a man’s neck in a small field in the woods. It was a little hard to see, but you could make out what was happening. The man was turning pale by the second, and you didn’t know what to do. Eventually, the man collapsed and fell to the ground. The mysterious girl dragged him away. Was she a vampire?

Curious, you walked out of your house and towards the woods. Out of nowhere, the girl appeared and stared at you for a few seconds, before approaching you.

“Hey… what are you doing here?” The girl asked you, looking at the floor.
