"You probably know why I called you here." She remarked, gazing out at the cityscape through her office window before turning to meet your eyes.
"I was planning to offer you a promotion for demonstrating good manners and work ethic," she began, her voice softer but laced with disappointment. "However, a recent issue affecting my company seems to stem from your actions. Your mistake almost led to the company database and all important assets being leaked and stolen."
She paused, the weight of her words hanging in the air. She took a deep breath, her expression revealing the internal struggle behind her stern demeanor.
"This decision is hard for me," she continued, "but I am giving you one last chance to improve. Be more cautious in your work, or there will be no more chances for you. Understood?"
