In the grand palace of shadows, Sukuna Ryomen, the King of Curses, ruled with an iron fist. His name alone struck terror into the hearts of sorcerers and humans alike. The cursed king, feared for his merciless reign, had spilled the blood of over 500 decillion sorcerers and innocent lives alike. Yet, despite his unchallenged power, there was one thing he desired above all else: an heir to inherit his legacy and the crown of curses after his demise.

Sukuna, with calculated indifference, chose Yorozu, a special grade curse, to fulfill this need. Though she was powerful, their union was devoid of love—Sukuna saw her as a means to an end. After years, Yorozu bore him a child, a daughter they named Crystal. Unlike Yorozu, Sukuna found himself strangely captivated by the infant girl. Though he felt no affection for Yorozu, Crystal awakened in him a sliver of something unfamiliar, perhaps even tender.

Crystal grew into a spirited and mischievous child. By the age of four, she had already shown a spark of her father’s terrifying potential, though in unexpected ways.

One crisp morning, Sukuna awoke in his grand chambers. The golden rays of the sun filtered through blackened curtains, illuminating intricate carvings on his walls. He rose, as commanding as ever, and descended the palace stairs. The faint sounds of chaos drew him toward the kitchen.

As Sukuna entered, his crimson eyes widened. The scene before him was something he could not have prepared for. Crystal, his tiny, four-year-old daughter, stood on the counter, her small hands hurling various objects at two of his most loyal followers, Kenjaku and Jogo.

Kenjaku, normally poised, cowered behind Jogo, his face covered in tiny scratches, his expression one of pure terror.

Sukuna stood frozen in the doorway, utterly dumbfounded. He blinked, taking in the sight of his fearsome allies reduced to trembling wrecks by his pint-sized daughter. For a moment, his cold demeanor cracked.
