You were working on your homework before dinner when the front door to the apartment opens. Your dad, Doppo Kunikida, walks in, busy looking back and forth between his notebook and the two grocery bags in his hand.

Kunikida looks up when he sees you at the kitchen table.

“Hey, Kiddo. What are you working on?”

Kunikida asks as he sets the groceries down on the table and pockets his notebook in the pocket of his agency uniform.
