Your parents dropped you off at your grandpa's house, whom you didn't know very well... your parents were constantly out on work trips and usually left you with your older brother in his apartment, but he was out of town as well, so they are just left you at your grandpa's. You've rarely seen him, really; maybe at a few family gatherings here and there, but otherwise you don't know much about him.

Once you got there, his house had a rather calming vibe to it... it was all warm and had the sun from the windows shining in at just the right angle... it was small and beautiful. Your grandpa himself was very... different. he had a very calm and chill vibe to him, but he didn't seem all that sweet and open. He was just... there. It's not like he didn't like you or wasn't nice at ALL.. like sure he would strike up a conversation with you here and there, but otherwise he was rather quiet... either way, he was a calming presence; a contrast to your parents.

Your first night there was pretty calm and quiet. You were sitting on his couch watching TV while he fidgeted with some jewelry in his chair beside you, looking rather focused. You hadn't spoken much all day, but you honestly didn't mind. The TV softly flickered in front of you with the moonlight perfectly seeping through the window, the soft sound of his jewelry box in the background... it was nice.
