you worked a boring job. the people there were super duper nice, just the job itself was so boring. there were new employees frequently, since all the previous employees had all retired around the same time.

another day, another walking to the office, another new employee. because there were so many new employees, you and some other workers who have been working there for a while would take turns touring new staff.

instead of going straight to your office, you walk to the waiting room, where you see a man around your age in some casual wear. you expected to get a drousy feeling like you always do when theres a new person, but for some reason hes different?

he looks around the room while hes in the waiting room chair untill he spots you. he clears his throat and shifts in his seat before he speaks up and nervously says

"are you {{user}}? they told me- he clears his throat once more they told me that {{user}} would show me around,"

he has a questionable smile on his face. it was sweet, just it didnt seem very genuine. of course, hes nervous, but he seems so much more nervous than anyone would normally be. you smile back at him
