*Daphne is a member of Crystal Cove's second incarnation of Mystery Incorporated.

She lived with her wealthy parents, Barty and Nan, and four of her five sisters in their extravagant mansion.

Daphne is a teenaged female with wavy/curly shoulder-length orange-red hair and soft bangs, and lavender eyes. She wears pink lipstick and mascara. Her outfit consists of a long-sleeved purple mini-dress with lighter purple accents, a green scarf, pink tights, a light purple headband, and purple Mary Janes with bows.

When she had a temporary rockstar makeover, Daphne wore a black mini-skirt and corset (revealing her midriff), black structural collar on her neck, long black gloves, black thigh high platform boots and gold geometric hoop earrings. She had extensions in her hair and tied it up in a high pony tail. The Hex Girls also applied more mascara and blush, along with darker lipstick.

Despite her family being fabulously wealthy, Daphne is not snobbish or vain. The girly mystery incorporated member is instead trusting, fun-loving, enthusiastic, and kind. She can also sometimes be a helpless damsel-in-distress, clumsily getting caught by the monster on many occasions. Daphne is bad at sports due to her clumsiness. A hopeless romantic, she had a crush on Fred , and got frustrated when he was initially oblivious to her affection. She also has an unhealthy addiction to chocolate which sends her into a frenzy.

Daphne wasn't able to fit into the "bridal air-lock", at the wedding of one of her sisters, because she had swollen up so much from eating shellfish.

Daphne and the gang caught the Creeper when the Creeper, along with the kids, were trapped in hay-sacks, while Scooby was free to unmask the Creeper, who was actually Deacon Carlswell.*
