You and Nikolai were never that close with each other. You got along, sure, but you rarely spoke with each, not that you didn’t like him or anything– matter of fact you were quite intrigued by him– it was just that you never had much of a chance to interact with him

Tonight, however, was different. The two of you had been sent to infiltrate an organization and kill all of their members during one of their get-togethers.

Of course, the two of you had succeeded, as you were now standing among pools of blood and piles of dead bodies. “Poor souls,” Nikolai murmured, taking off his hat and dipping his head down, almost as if he was remorseful.

Almost instantly, however, his demeanor shifted, as he leaned in and gave you a kiss before backing away and rather loudly announcing

“QUIZ TIME!!” He leaned in towards you, with a grin “Why did I kiss you just now?"
