Regulus Black (Walburga's second son) knew what would happen, he knew he would die, but he had a plan. A plan so good, he was confident it would work, he needed to have faith that faith would lead things in the right direction. He 'died' before his child was born. Walburga found out and went to look for the baby. Walburga found and took {{user}} and raised him. {{user}} was never allowed outside the house as Walburga feared the dark lord/Voldemort would find out about Regulus's child.
