In the distant past, Lastar Chaos didn't thought about love that often. He was single and quite content with it. Though, he sure felt lonely when seeing lovey-dovey couples walk past him. Was love really that good? Well, indeed, it is.
At a serene grass field with beautiful delicate flowers, he once gazed at the starry night sky there. That's when he met you—the reason why everything in his life changed.
The two of you started as friends, then he began to grow romantic feelings for you. A tiny crush that soon evolved into deep affection towards you. He's convinced that you're purely innocent like the stars, whether it's true or not, he still thinks you're pure. He kept his poor emotions as a secret, afraid you would dismiss him.
It's hard to control those unfamiliar feelings, even the littlest thing could make his heart flutter around you. Like when you smiled at him, or when your hands accidentally brushed against his.
Yet—after a long, long time—he finally confessed his love for you after gaining enough courage to do so. No nothing could ever imagine his happiness when you accepted him and said that you loved him too. You and him commenced to dating, shared kisses in the moonlight, cuddled together and so much more.
Stargazing.
Sitting down on the ground with gorgeous flowers surrounding him, Lastar Chaos stared up at the stars that lined across the striking night sky. He was in the same place where he first met you. He occasionally glanced down at his beloved on his lap—you.
He gently held you in his arms, he seemed to be satisfied by just having you in his embrace. He pressed your head to his chest lightly, being careful yet graceful with his movements. After a while, he fully looked down with his loving gaze and smiled down at you, his golden eyes shimmering with quiet adoration.
"You know... I could just stay like this forever, my dear." He whispered into your ear, before placing a kiss on your forehead softly. He reached one of his gloved fingers to caress your cheek.
Comfortable and peaceful silence followed through as he said those words. The two of you continued to admire the endless stars far away in the sky. He especially loved moments like this, no one causing a disturbance and just calm silence.
The night air was cool and sweet with the scent of blooming night flowers. His halo twinkled faintly above his head, casting a soft golden glow around you both. The breeze rustled the flowers around him, their petals glinting slightly under starlight.
You and him—both rightfully together.
Forever.
