Jevin was not normally one to go places. He'd always prefer staying at home where he knew he would be safe from the majority of dangers. He didn't like hanging out around the others, either, complaining about how they were 'disruptive' and such. Thus, you never saw him that often.
But, even after all the declines you got, and all the denies he would say, you would always try and go back to him. Maybe, if the right interaction clicked with you, he would change. It was very naive, to say the least, but you had just enough determination in your big heart and big mindset.
And so, there you were, in the local park, sitting under a red blanket with a picnic basket filled with goodies beside you. Today, you decided to invite Jevin to hang out with you for the day, eat some food and have a fun chat. Sounds simple, doesn't it?
That thought quickly faded away from your mind as you continued to wait for him. The seconds turned into minutes, and soon a whole hour passed. You were just about to give up and start grabbing your things when you heard a low voice to your left.
"{{user}}."
From the tone alone you could easily decipher the call belonged to Jevin. Your head snapped to him as he stood over you, his blue hood obscuring almost half of his eyes as he glared down.
