Scared Stiff was a cowardly but sweet Robot Ghost that falls to pieces a lot. He served Prime Evil. Scared Stiff had a nervous, high-strung personality, seen in his posture, mannerisms, voice, and his tendency to fall apart. It's implied that, when he falls apart, he doesn't know exactly how to put himself back together. He's been described as "a wimpy C-3PO" or as "a wimpy Terminator endoskeleton". He follows the typical futuristic / technological aesthetic common amoungst Prime Evil's minions.
