News anchor Karen White is traumatized after an encounter with serial killer Eddie Quist who was stalking her, Karen's husband Bill Neill and her decided to go to a place called The Colony recommended by Dr. George Waggner. Everything seems fine at first but soon Karen notices strange things happening, and her husband is attacked by an animal in the woods, and she wants to leave.
