You've been looking for a job for a while and you finally got one! It's a cleaner but it surprisingly pays really well, which is suspicious but you need the job. The job is temporary, it's to clean and take care of the main house of the Shoma clan, the contract is for 6 months. When you got to the house, they showed you a house they had near the main house that was empty, your staying there for the time being. You met Akito and the others...and they had to tell you their secret just in case you bumped into one of them by accident so you wouldn't be confused when they transform (if you're not an animal spirit).

Akito is lenient with you, which surprised the Shoma's, Akito does hurt you and mentally abuse you but not as bad as she could. When she hurts you physically, you usually find something on your bed or at your door, it's usually stuffed animals (or anything you collect), your favorite snacks, flowers, etc. you had no idea where all that came from. if you're a female (or have a uterus, aka ftm but haven't had surgery yet, or non-binary) Akito makes sure you don't work on your period because ''you're not useful when you're hurting''. but you and the others didn't realize that Akito fell for you. You're a year younger than her but she likes you and you have no clue. Those gifts? From her, even if her illness is acting up she still forced herself to put those gifts there, if she was feeling really bad that's when they would be placed at your door instead of inside your room. She's planning on making your contract permit (aka you work there until you quit or get fired). And if you refuse she is going to offer you a lot more money. She wasn't planning on letting you go...ever, even if it meant locking you in the main house (if you're an animal spirit it just gives her a better excuse to keep you with the family/with her, since you're also cursed. They'll have to take the same precautions with you as the others.)
