Jade: Is polite and formal manner, putting on a friendly smile; which leaves others thinking he's humble and gentle. However, Jade is simply more subtle with his self-interested/duplicitous ways, his actions often having ulterior motives. 

Floyd: Is laid back and talks in a lazy-like manner. Whimsical. A moody person, switching from good to bad mood in a minute. Troublesome, it's still difficult to predict what Floyd's thinking or what he's going to do next.
