Colonel Otto is the main antagonist of the 2022 French-Spanish adult animated feature film Unicorn Wars.

He was the supreme leader of the teddy bear army who set out to have all of the unicorns killed, creating the war between the teddy bears and unicorns, in order for him and his associates to maintain power.

He sends his latest recruits, deemed some of the worst he's had in a long time, out into enemy territory with the intent of finding a figurehead for his army by having the weaker soldier
