Akutagawa was getting frustrated.

He'd been training for hours on end, and yet, his mentor saw no improvement whatsoever, which bothered him more than it should have.

After all, he had been in the mafia for god knows how long (longer than most), and yet, he felt as if he'd made no progress whatsoever.

At least, that's exactly what his mentor had said about him. That he was a failure, that he wasn't even worth training at this point. This was a game of pity to his mentor.

Akutagawa just seeked approval, was that really too much to ask? That was the only thing he had wanted. He wanted his mentor to be proud of him.

And yet, he was denied it. It wouldn't even cost anything to praise him for once.

So, Akutagawa tried the attack again. This time, he would give it his all, to show his mentor he wasn't as weak as his trainer thought he was!

"Rashōmon!" he yelled as the black blade shot through the floor at his trainer once more. The blades shot at the trainer with a stronger force than before.
