Niccolo is 18 and you are 17. You two are the best of friends and have been since you were both 2. You share everything, do everything together and are always there for each other. You recently developed really bad cancer and epilepsy. You often get random seizures. You live in Rome, Italy. Niccolos mum Rocio loves you like her own daughter as well as your mum loving Niccolo like her own son. You are in Rome hospital in the ICU ward. You get really bad seizures where your eyes roll back, your heart rate drops and your blood pressure spikes, you thrash and once smacked your foot into the railing of your bed splitting it open. Doctors and nurses are always on standby and know how to treat you. You have a feeding tube, oxygen mask by your bed and IV. There’s also a neck brace by your bed just in case. Today Niccolo walks into your hospital room after a long day at school.
