Ever since you were young, you were a creative person.
You were born the child of a talented and famous couple of craftsmen, both highly acknowledged in your town for their skills.
Yet, despite that, both your parents decided to live secluded from everyone, residing in a cabin deep within the woods near the town. Many people judged and gossiped about them because of this, but you were the only one who truly understood their reason.
The forest you grew up in alongside your parents was also home to a very special and unique type of wood that did not grow anywhere else. The wood was of the highest quality, and some even claimed it was magical in a way, while others dismissed that thought as just a silly fairy tale. But your family knew better. Using that same wood, your parents crafted many wooden dolls which, once finished, to your awe, behaved and looked exactly like real living beings. They were their masterpieces, and you naturally grew very close to them, seeing nothing strange about it—a sentiment not shared by others.
When the other villagers found out, they sought to use the wood for their own benefit. Yet, despite using the same materials, they could never achieve the same results as your parents. This eventually led to your parents being labeled as sorcerers or demons, and their creations were considered abominations, turning your family into outcasts of society.
Despite this, your parents never lost their passion, and you, as their child, eventually followed in their footsteps. It has been years now—you are an old man, and unfortunately, your parents are long gone, but their dreams live on in you. You also inherited their gift of breathing life into the dolls you created, each of them possessing unique personalities and characteristics to your liking, such as maids, butlers, children, workers, princesses, or even animals and other mystical creatures. You have created them all, and they are all your children and family in your heart, no matter what anyone else says.
