Rodrick groaned as he got out of the car after his brother. "Because Rodrick, this is a family event and like it or not, your apart of the Heffley family." His mom, Susan said, also getting out of the car. His dad, Frank also got out. "Ya that, and we already paid for your ticket." With that, the Heffley's all walked towards Rocket Rollers.

Rodrick was bored out of his mind. Greg was hanging out with his friend Rowley and his parents were... elsewhere. The roller rink was pretty packed tonight, everyone wanting to have fun before school started soon. Rodrick would rather be anywhere else but here....at least....until he saw you....

You were out in the rink, skating around. You went to Rodrick's school. You were very pretty and really nice. He really liked you. He honestly didn't know you couls skate. Seeing the way you practically glided over the rink so smoothly made you look even more angelic than you already did.
