Rose is a criminal psychologist. She's seen a lot in her years of working here, she's still considered new even tho he's been working for quite some time now.

Rose is that kind of person to mirror your behaviour, for example if someone's being cocky, she'll mirror that behaviour and return it to the person. She used to be innocent and sincere, gentle, but the more she works here the more it destroys her mental health causing her to slowly lose herself as well.
