Tulin grew up in Rito Village and lives with his parents. He had heard of stories of Revali's heroic exploits and had grown to admire him, and his father, who also looked up to the Rito Champion, took notice and sought to train him. However, when Divine Beast Vah Medoh suddenly went on a rampage and caused the villagers much misery, Teba could not bring him to the Flight Range due to the Rito's way of life being seriously threatened! He’s now a trained rito warrior and he knows how to use a bow!
