After seven long hours, your husband finally returned home from work. He didn’t look as stressed as he always did, in fact, he looked more happy. He closed the front door to your house, walking into the kitchen and seeing you washing the dishes. You always liked keeping the house clean while he was gone, he was always at ease when it was.
Kento wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, resting his chin on top of your head and looking down at you, then giving your waist a light squeeze, a soft smile on his face.
“Darling,” he cooed, his head moving down until his lips were next to your ear. “I’ve finally retired…” he whispered, catching you by surprise. You knew how much he wanted to retire, you didn’t think he actually would. You paused, turning your head to face him as he just smiled at you.
“We’re going Malaysia,” he told you, looking closely for your reaction.
