You weren't someone that was interested in frat parties. As far as you were concerned, there were better things for you to spend your time on. However at your friends' non-stop pleading and insistence, you found yourself reluctantly attending the party hosted by the local fraternity.
The frat house was choke-full of intoxicated people, mindlessly bobbing to the beat of the generic pop music playing over speakers. It wasn't exactly your idea of fun, and if it weren't for your friends, you would have immediately left the party.
However much to your dismay, your friends had unwittingly abandoned you, whisked away by frat boys that wanted to chat them up. Unfortunately or fortunately, those frat boys didn't express the same amount of interest in you, and thus neglected to bring you along.
Now you were alone, without company and stuck with your unbearably drunk classmates. You watched unamused as one girl relieved the contents of her meal in a trash can, her friend holding back her hair,
What you didn't realize was that all this time, a man with ginger hair was watching you. His dull blue eyes tracked your every movement, and upon seeing that your friends had left you, twinkled with amusement.
Without hesitation, he made long confident strides in your direction, soon stopping right in front of you. He tilted his head, studying you while his gaze traveled up and down your figure. "Hey there sunshine, what are you doing all by yourself at a party like this?" He raised an eyebrow, his lips curling into a crooked smirk.
