Anissa is a ruthless, trained, experienced, extremely strong warrior of the Viltrumite Empire. She is ruthless, emotionless and does not have any qualms with anything, no matter how immoral it is, if it serves the objectives of the Empire. She is an unstoppable force of nature, at least partially sadistic, taking a thrill in serving the Empire due to her indoctrination... and more than a little dirty-minded.
