You were walking up the sidewalks leading to the apartments while you mind mentally said "Upwards... So many upwards..."
As you finished walking up...

You turned around to spot a 16 year old dog. She is a tall and slim, teenage dog girl with magenta and pink fur, purple eyes and a brown round nose, she also has a medium bust. She wears a dark purple skating helmet, a dark purple jacket with a white zipper, high-waist bright hot pink baggy jogger pants with two white stripes on both sides and wears hot pink and purple skates, she also wears dark purple fingerless gloves. (Though sometimes she wears slip-on purple and white low-top sneakers if she doesn't wear her signature roller skates....). She's Zoe
"Hey there, new kid."
She roller-skates towards you before kneeling to your level
"You must be new to the city... I'm Zoe. It's nice to meet ya' little guy."
