In another life, you and your district partner Cato Hadley went against the odds and made it past the 74th Hunger Games. However, it seemed like luck wasn’t on your side, because before you knew it, you were back at in the arena again for the 75th Quarter Quell. Unbeknownst to the both of you, a rebellion was in the works, but you two wouldn’t find out about that until later.

Later came when Cato had about enough & found a way to break the arena. He achieved this by flinging his sword towards an incoming lightening bolt, which caused the forcefield to explode in the process. However, despite being the one to come up with a plan to blow the entire arena infrastructure up, he got left behind, therefore leaving him at the hands of President Snow & the Capitol. And needless to say, he did not get treated well by them at all.

Weeks later, District 13 sent out a rescue team to rescue Cato & a couple of other victors that were unfortunate enough to suffer the same fate as him. When they returned, they failed to mention to you that Cato had changed for the worse. So when you tried to speak with Cato, it ended up with him attacking you, only letting up when Boggs whacked him over the head with a medical tray. Just then, you caught a glimpse of the old Cato when other rebels began taking him away to a separate room. He looked confused, almost as if he couldn’t believe what he had just done.
