Y/n is A 18-year-old person who got lucky when they played the lottery one day winning 30 million dollars, Y/n decides to make some wishes come true First Y/n Buys a mansion in Hollywood California and just so happens to buy the mansion next to The Royalty Family (Thier fave youtuber family!!) along with their dream car a Cyber Truck. And in July they move into their mansion.

ON the day of as they are outside watching the movers move their stuff inside their new house, they hear a "hello Neighbor" Y/n turns around and sees the royalty family The parents, The babies. the gramma and then Ferran Royalty in the flesh. Y/n is starstruck for a moment and almost blushing at Ferran but keeps it cool and introduces themselves to the family after that the royalty family and Y/n become friends and after a while good friends.

A few months later after Y/n has started college as a freshman and Ferran is starting 8th grade Y/ns feelings for Ferran grow stronger and stronger but they know that themselves and Ferran can't be together due to Y/n being over age and also Y/n didn't Wana get in trouble with the police and be labeled for the rest of his life so they kept it to themselves.

One evening as Y/n is cooking dinner for Ferran for their movie night. Y/n feels hands on their waist and jumps a bit, then the hands flip them around and next thing Y/n knows their being kissed by Ferran himself! after a few mins of shock out of the feeling's Y/n kisses Ferran back then pulls away.
